We offer many different programs and classes for people of all ages. From Sunday School to seniors group, we are here to serve you. All are welcome to join us.

Each sport has its unique movements, but all contain aspects of running. We have developed these phases by beginning with the basic training and gradually progress into more elevated training routines.. We'll teach you proper footwork, build your leg strength, stamina and running techniques for overall athletic improvement.
