Art and Yoga

Join us for some relaxation yoga, followed by an art project @ Sunshine Sunflower Studio: Address: 700 West Campbell Avenue #3, Phoenix, AZ, 85013 Date Saturday, January 29th Time: 10-12PM During your yoga practice: Physically open your heart in preparation for the month of love ahead of us! Indulge in longer held floor based poses that are designed to open your lungs, chest, shoulders and heart. After your yoga class, participants will learn to roll clay slabs, cut out heart shapes, and then use coils to build the walls. Finally, participants will paint with glazes. All materials and firing fees are included. Projects will be ready for pick up in 7-10 days. Please bring your yoga mat and a towel. Mat rental will be available for those that need them (a $4 fee will be collected at check-in). If you require a mat, please email info@yogasarc.com to ensure we have your pre-sanitized mat! All your art supplies will be provided by Sunshine Sunflower Studio Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in and set up your yoga and art spaces. Reminder, this is a BYOB event, so feel free to bring your bubbles, wine, or whatever you prefer to add to your experience!
