Extravagant Easter Brunch at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale

The holiday brunch will feature a variety of brunch favorites, from smoked pork benedict and applewood bacon to brioche French toast and toasted coconut buttermilk pancakes.
The buffet will include a carving station with choices of prime cut meats, an expansive seafood station with chilled Alaskan King Crab legs and jumbo shrimp, gourmet salad options and a charcuterie display, a taco stand featuring smoked pork carnitas, a fresh sushi station with assorted maki and nigiri, and a pasta station. The meal will also provide special dining options for children as well as a variety of decadent desserts. Additionally, diners can enjoy live music from the resort’s Center Stage Bar between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The buffet is $115 for adults, or $145 with unlimited access to the mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. It is $48 for children between the ages of six and 12, and children five years and younger dine free. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (480) 629-6231.
