Family Fit Night - At Casa Grande Community Recreation Center

Are you looking for a HEALTHY, FUN-FILLED after school/work event? It brings parents, grandparents, sisters, brothers, and other community members to our gym providing an opportunity to exercise together. The emphasis is on the importance of physical fitness, and getting kids interested in physical activities. Our certified group fitness instructors will teach classes from kickboxing, to zumba, pound and yoga. Note: parents please enroll all participating children. Free to CRC members, non-members pay a daily fee. First come first serve basis. For outdoor classes instructor will give instructions if masks can be removed, and physical distancing required.
